iPod touch 5th generation is disabled and locked

I hope somebody can help me. My iPod says that it has been disabled and I should connect to iTunes. When I connect to iTunes on my Windows 7 computer it asks for a passcode but I never set a passcode. I am stuck with a dead iPod. What should I do?

    Hello Sir,

The one and only thing you can do is to consult with any iPod service centre near you.

They are the only one who can help you in this situation.

    BUT

Most phone have a default password such as 000000 or 1234. You can try them, or the former suggestion will surely help you.

Hope, very soon you will get a solution of your problem.

    Thank you.

    Friend don't worry.

:: First of all put the wrong password until the you got the message that is
    forgot password screen.

:: Under you enter the apple id and lo-gin password.

:: Now you can reset the password.

    Done
