If you’re like me you appreciate a well designed app with an intuitive interface that loads quickly and doesn’t crash. Until last Thursday the unanimous assessment of the Facebook iOS app was grim on all four counts.
Without getting into the technical jargon as to why the Facebook app was so lacking I got used to seeing updates like this on a regular basis:
Ugh! The Facebook app is terrible!
Grrr! I hate the Facebook app.
Loading Facebook is the Safari mobile browser is faster than the app. #fail
Now that a fresh round of updates have been released across all of the iOS apps, Facebook users have a lot to celebrate. I’ve been using the rebuilt Facebook app for about a week and it’s fantastic.

Questions: What do you think of the changes Facebook has made to its portfolio of iOS apps?

Yup, I use FB and the Pages Manager. Much, MUCH better! FINALLY.
Agreed, it’s a much better app but still relies on HTML that I am aware of. Use Xcode folks!
