I am a firm believer in “apps” being more about the quality rather than the phone, in our little war we have brewing between the Android and iPhone.

A recent study came out in which it was estimated that developing mobile applications accounted for nearly half a million new jobs.

That is plain crazy. Are you one of the select few that is making money from the app store?

The below infographic gives you some great info on the developing app economy and even a bit on how to save money while doing it.

Do infographics like this mean much to you? Do you even read them?

Check out the infographic in full below.

  1. I like infographics because it’s a visual and sometimes entertaining way to absorb information, but sometimes they’re too long and detailed. This one is okay.

  2. It so happens that we also featured this Infographic on our site. Infographics are a great tool. They are factual and to the point. An added bonus is that they are usually attractive or pretty-looking.
